Job Title: Ticketing & Reservation Executive (Hajj & Umrah)

Overview

We are seeking a presentable, energetic, and proactive Ticketing & Reservation Executive to manage Hajj & Umrah travel operations along with general flight bookings. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Sabre GDS, strong communication skills, and the confidence to interact effectively with clients. This role suits a sales-oriented individual with attention to detail and the ability to handle end-to-end travel services efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Ticketing & Reservation

·       Book and issue domestic and international flight tickets using Sabre (Amadeus/Galileo experience is an advantage)

·       Handle ticket reissues, cancellations, and refunds in compliance with airline rules and policies

·       Provide accurate fare quotations, baggage details, and visa/transit information

Hajj & Umrah Operations

·       Manage full Hajj & Umrah travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itinerary coordination

·       Maintain close communication with clients to ensure smooth processing and high-quality service

Customer Service & Communication

·       Communicate professionally with clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions

·       Provide after-sales support and resolve client issues promptly

·       Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Administrative & Reporting Duties

·       Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and payments

·       Prepare daily and weekly reports on ticket sales, refunds, and outstanding balances

·       Assist in visa-related documentation and travel paperwork as required

Marketing & Creative Support

·       Use Photoshop or Canva to design travel promotions, social media posts, or package presentations (preferred but not mandatory)

·       Contribute ideas for travel marketing content and digital promotions

Qualifications & Requirements

·       Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Tourism or Hospitality Management preferred)

· –3 years of experience in a travel agency or ticketing role

·       Proficient in Sabre GDS (knowledge of Amadeus or Galileo is an advantage)

·       Familiarity with visa processing procedures

·       Presentable and confident with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·       Strong multitasking and organizational abilities; able to work efficiently under pressure

·       Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Canva for design and presentation purposes (preferred)

·       Candidates with IT or graphic design background are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: BDT 35,000. (Negotiable based on experience)
