Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager/Specialist to support our growth strategy. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of technology solutions and BPO/ITES offerings, backed by an established network of decision-makers across key industries. This role demands a proven ability to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities associated with this position include:
Identify, pursue, and convert opportunities for tech products and BPO services in local and international markets.
Manage a structured sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate forecasting, and clear reporting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, strategic partners, and key decision-makers.
Develop tailored proposals, pitch decks, and commercial offers based on client needs and market insights.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and industry-specific opportunities.
Collaborate with product, operations, finance, and delivery teams to shape solutions that align with customer requirements.
Lead or support contract negotiation, pricing discussions, and deal finalization.
Coordinated with agencies, sales partners, and enterprise partners to build and manage strategic collaborations.
Represent the company in industry events, networking forums, and virtual international meetings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
5 to 7 years of experience in tech product sales and BPO/ITES sales, targeting both local and international clients.
Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals and achieving revenue targets.
Strong understanding of SaaS, ERP, digital platforms, or enterprise tech solutions.
Solid knowledge of outsourcing/BPO models (Finance & accounting, back-office, IT-enabled services, etc.).
Experience working with international markets (e.g., US, UK, EU, Middle East, APAC) is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven sales tools.
