Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Growth & Communication Executive (Junior) role located in Banani, Dhaka where
"Growth" = business development + pitches; "Communication" = copywriting + client interactions
.
Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to client needs.
- Nurture relationships with new and existing clients to drive long-term partnerships.
- Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and business decks.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
- Collect feedback and insights from clients to improve offerings and services.
Marketing & Communication
- Craft engaging social media content, ad copies, and campaign messaging aligned with brand tone.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns for brand visibility.
- Ensure consistency in communication across all client-facing and digital platforms.
Pitching & Presentation
- Prepare creative pitch decks and presentation materials for client meetings.
- Confidently present ideas, campaigns, and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align pitches with business goals and client requirements.
Strategic Growth Support
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Support management in executing business growth strategies.
- Track performance metrics for pitches, client acquisition, and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in business development, preparing pitch decks and presentation materials for client meetings, or marketing/communications (agency experience is a plus).
- Excellent presentation and pitching skills with the ability to confidently engage clients.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, especially for social media and digital campaigns.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools (PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a growth mindset and strong problem-solving skills.

- Monthly Salary: Negotiable (depending on expertise and experience)
- Work Hours: Saturday to Thursday, 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. (1-hour lunch break)
