Marketing & Brand Manager
to lead our marketing and branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen Oskies' position in the pet food market.
  • Plan and implement digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, influencer marketing, retail promotions, and exhibitions.
  • Oversee content creation, packaging design, advertising materials, and brand communication.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and brand partners.
  • Lead the brand team (designers, content creators, ambassadors) and manage external agencies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

Additional Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and retail promotions.
  • Creative mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Being a cat lover and passionate about pets is a strong plus.
