Position Overview

The Senior Education Counsellor will guide prospective students to choose the right programs and institutions in the UK and Australia. This role requires excellent counselling skills, strong university knowledge, and the ability to achieve student recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate counselling on UK & Australia universities, courses, tuition fees, scholarships, and post-study pathways.
  • Assess student profiles and recommend suitable study options.
  • Convert leads into applications and ensure high-quality guidance throughout the process.
  • Maintain consistent communication with students (calls, WhatsApp, email, meetings).
  • Assist students in preparing applications, SOPs, CVs, and academic documents.
  • Guide students through GTE (Australia), CAS (UK), and visa documentation.
  • Coordinate with university representatives for application updates and offers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner universities.
  • Attend training sessions, webinars, and workshops.
  • Participate in education fairs, seminars, and marketing activities.
  • Support junior counsellors and review their cases when needed.
  • Achieve monthly admission targets and provide weekly performance reports.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
  • 2–4 years of proven experience
    in UK/Australia student counselling.
  • Strong knowledge of admission processes, compliance, scholarships, and visa rules.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Bangla.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets.
  • Professional, friendly, and student-focused attitude.
  • Experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
