is looking for a
smart, responsible, and customer-focused individual
to join our team as an
Air Ticket Consultant
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage both domestic and international flight bookings and reservations.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate fare quotations, issue tickets, and handle reissues or cancellations as required.
  • Ensure accuracy in all bookings and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain proper records of daily sales and prepare reports for management.
  • Maintain relationship

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Skills Required: Hospitality Management, Communication, Air ticketing Reservation, Public dealing, Tour and Travel Agency

Experience Requirements

  • At most 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline,Travel Agent,Tour Operator,Immigration/Visa Processing,Transport Service
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
