We're looking for a skilled, efficient, and professional Reservation Officer who can confidently manage client service while handling all reservation and operational tasks with accuracy.

Your Responsibilities:


• Manage air ticket reservations, re-issuance, date changes, and refunds with accuracy


• Handle all GDS operations (Galileo) including booking, fare search, and itinerary preparation


• Provide clients with the best fare options, routing advice, and travel recommendations


• Communicate and coordinate with airlines, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations


• Deliver prompt, professional, and customer-focused service across all communication channels


• Prepare and maintain daily sales reports, booking logs, and documentation


• Manage emails efficiently—responding quickly, clearly, and professionally


• Support overall office operations and ensure smooth workflow management


• Assist team members and guide junior staff when required


• Maintain an updated and accurate client database and booking information


• Follow up with passengers regarding travel updates, schedule changes, and necessary information


• Ensure every booking complies with company policies and airline regulations

What We're Looking For:


• Prior 3-5 years experience in air ticketing and reservations (priority advantage)


• Strong working knowledge of GDS systems, especially Galileo


• Excellent communication skills in English — both verbal and written


• Ability to deliver fast, accurate service while multitasking efficiently


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills are a plus)


• Strong email etiquette and professional communication abilities


• Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines


• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong customer-handling ability


• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes


• A team player with the ability to take initiative and lead when necessary


• Honest, responsible, punctual, and well-presented at all times
