Digital Marketing Executive
, you'll have the opportunity to shape how our plugins are discovered, understood, and adopted by users worldwide. You'll work alongside a dynamic team, take part in cross-functional marketing initiatives, and contribute to high-impact product campaigns.

This role will allow you to refine your digital marketing skills, take ownership of plugin growth, and drive meaningful customer acquisition—setting you on a path to a successful and rewarding marketing career.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or product marketing
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Experienced in executing marketing campaigns that drove measurable growth
  • Good copywriting skills for landing pages, blogs, emails, and plugin repo descriptions
  • Good grasp of SEO, content marketing, and GEO.
  • Ability to track and analyze marketing performance (GA4, SEO, social analytics)
  • Preferably, cable of planning & carrying out video marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of the WordPress ecosystem and plugin market is a plus
  • Experience with paid ads is a plus
  • Adaptability to new marketing trends.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable collaborating across departments and contributing to brainstorming sessions

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of user growth for assigned products.
  • Conduct product market research and target audience research.
  • Prepare strategic plans to help with user acquisition and conversions.
  • Execute product marketing campaigns focused on user acquisition and conversion.
  • Write benefit-driven content across landing pages, repo listings, blogs, and social media.
  • Oversee SEO and promotional efforts with optimized content and campaign ideas.
  • Work with designers, content creators, and product managers on new feature launches.
  • Optimize plugin presence on the WordPress repo and company websites.
  • Propose and test creative marketing angles to grow plugin installs and engagement.
  • Track campaign data to report on growth, identify gaps, and iterate for better performance.
  • Assist in the planning and scripting of product videos and promotional materials.
  • (Ability to be part of the video is a plus.)

  • Achieve higher free-to-pro conversions.
  • Work on increasing overall website conversion-rate.
  • Ensure upto 90% on-time execution rate.
  • Executive at least 3 high-impact campaigns every quarter.
  • Propose plugin improvements based on latest trends.
