Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally

Resolve inquiries, complaints, and provide product/service information

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

Meet performance targets (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction)

Qualifications

CHINESE LANGUAGE BASIS KNOWLEDGE

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Prior call center/customer service experience is a plus

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Education: Bachelor/Masters
