We are actively seeking
motivated and enthusiastic Sales Team Leads and Customer Service Associates
to support our growing operations in the real estate and mortgage industry. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional service and want to grow your career in a professional environment, we want to hear from you We will provide full training.

Position Overview

Role Type:

Inbound Sales – This is not a Call Center. No outbound dialing required.

You will engage with potential clients, discuss mortgage loan products, collect necessary documents, and support our U.S.-based Loan Officers and Brokers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with mortgage financing by collecting and organizing documentation.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to U.S. Loan Officers and Brokers.
  • Communicate loan products and handle client documentation requirements.

What We're Looking For

Fluent English skills
– Excellent spoken and written communication in English is essential.

Strong communication & interpersonal abilities
– Able to build rapport with clients and team members effectively.

Minimum 1 year of international experience
– Prior work in an international call center or equivalent customer-facing role is required.

Proactive and goal-driven mindset
– Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to achieving results.

Customer-first attitude
– A genuine passion for helping clients succeed and delivering exceptional service.

Preferred (not required):
Experience as a
Sales Lead or Manager
in industries such as
MCA (Merchant Cash Advance), Solar, Air Duct, or Real Estate
will be a strong advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary:
    BDT 21,000 – 30,000 (based on experience)
  • Performance Bonus:
    Top-performing Sales Leads may earn an additional
    BDT 8,000 – 20,000/month
    after a 2-month provisional period
