Assistant Manager - Financial Control & Compliance

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with strong compliance acumen and a passion for investment management? Join us as our next Finance Manager & Compliance Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance:


• Manage all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.


• Prepare accurate NAV calculations, financial statements, and reports for mutual funds and portfolios.


• Ensure timely submission of regulatory and internal financial reports.


• Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

Compliance:


• Ensure strict adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies (including SEC, BSEC, and local/international standards).


• Develop and implement compliance frameworks and risk management strategies.


• Conduct internal audits, compliance testing, and monitoring of investment activities.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing regulatory environments.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.


• Professional qualifications (CA, CMA, ACCA, CFA) preferred.


• 3+ years of experience in finance and compliance roles, ideally within asset management, mutual funds, or financial institutions.


• Sound knowledge of financial instruments, fund operations, and regulatory frameworks.


• High integrity, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills.
