British American Tobacco Bangladesh has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Commercial Finance Manager-Leaf
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting of the Leaf function to End Market Corporate Finance Planning & Reporting, Region, and Global Functions.
• Manage the Leaf Export Profit & Loss, providing insights to drive performance.
• Track and optimize Capex investments aligned with strategic priorities.
• Act as a Finance Business Partner to the Leaf Supply Chain team, supporting export growth and working capital efficiency.
• Uphold financial governance and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Identify and manage financial risks within the Leaf function.

What are we looking for?

• 3–4 years of experience in Finance, ideally within FMCG, banking, or telecom sectors
• Strong collaboration skills across teams like Leaf, Supply Chain, Procurement, Legal, and Global Finance
• Proven ability to work with large datasets and deliver timely, accurate financial reporting
• Sharp analytical mindset paired with clear, confident communication of financial insights
• Ability to work with agility under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and expectation management
• Solid understanding of compliance, governance, and practical application in daily operations
