Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Service Manager located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Assistant Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily service operations, managing a team of service technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with other departments to improve service quality. Other tasks include handling customer complaints, maintaining service records, and providing technical support as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing service operations and a team of technicians
- Strong skills in customer service and complaint handling
- Technical knowledge of consumer electronics and products
- Ability to coordinate with various departments to enhance service quality
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the consumer electronics industry is beneficial
