Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Client Support & Sales Assistant located in Dhaka. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client inquiries, and assisting with travel bookings and arrangements. You will collaborate with the sales team to meet client needs, support the coordination of travel itineraries, and ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves managing administrative tasks, maintaining organized client records, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Effective Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with diverse clientele
  • Sales skills, including the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Excellent Organization Skills to manage travel arrangements, documentation, and client records
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools for travel booking and customer relationship management
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with strong attention to detail
  • Fluency in both Bangla and English is preferred
  • Previous experience in travel agencies or a related field is a plus
