Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Industrial Engineering at Bengal Hurricane Group. The role is located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The AGM will be responsible for overseeing industrial engineering processes, managing supply chains, implementing process improvements, and supervising engineering management within the manufacturing facilities. The candidate will work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management skills.
  • Proficiency in Process Improvement and Manufacturing practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 12+ Years Experience in the garment manufacturing industry is a plus.
