Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Industrial Engineer located in Gazipur, Bangladesh. The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and productivity. Daily tasks include monitoring production systems, identifying opportunities for process improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing engineering solutions to enhance operational performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering
  • Expertise in Process Improvement and Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment
  • Experience in the garments or textiles industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
