Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Engineer at The Merchants Ltd., located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for performing routine equipment maintenance, conducting preventive and corrective maintenance, identifying and repairing mechanical and electrical issues, and ensuring all equipment is in good working condition. The role also involves troubleshooting, analyzing, and diagnosing equipment failures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining maintenance records.

Qualifications

  • Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance Engineering skills
  • Experience in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance
  • Electrical Maintenance skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field
