About the Role

Teambuild Consultancy is seeking an experienced Developer to join a reputable UK-based company on a full-time remote basis. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, a commitment to high-quality development, and the maturity to work independently within a distributed team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for mid-level senior developers looking to work with international teams and complex product environments.

Experience Requirement

Candidates must have
4 to 12 years of professional experience
in front-end development, with a strong focus on

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, optimize and maintain front-end features using and modern JavaScript
  • Collaborate with designers, backend engineers and product teams to deliver robust features
  • Convert UI/UX wireframes into responsive and high-performance interfaces
  • Write clean, reusable, scalable and well-documented code
  • Troubleshoot, debug and refine existing applications
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to ongoing improvements
  • Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  • Stay updated with best practices and emerging front-end technologies

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong proficiency in and JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Hands-on experience with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.)
  • Good understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integrations
  • Proficiency with version control (Git) and modern build tools
  • Strong grasp of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks within remote teams
  • Strong communication skills

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with TypeScript
  • Familiarity with
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library)
