Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive - Customer Experience based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by promptly addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints. This includes improving customer satisfaction, ensuring seamless communication with clients, and providing proactive assistance to enhance service quality. The role also involves implementing effective strategies to improve overall customer service and experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Proven abilities in Customer Support and Communication to address inquiries and foster clear, professional interactions with clients.
  • Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for customer relationship management is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bangla, both written and spoken, is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
