Role Description

  • Lead the
    central planning function
    across all RMG units, ensuring effective alignment between order forecasts and production capacity.
  • Develop and execute
    short-, mid-, and long-term capacity plans
    to optimize line utilization and throughput.
  • Collaborate closely with merchandising, production, IE, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure smooth order flow from booking to shipment.
  • Continuously improve planning tools, systems, and SOPs to eliminate inefficiencies and idle capacity.
  • Monitor key KPIs including
    plan vs. actual, capacity utilization, SMV adherence, WIP, and on-time delivery
    , taking proactive action where needed.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in RMG production or capacity planning, preferably in large-scale operations (50+ lines; 100+ a plus).
  • Proficiency in demand planning, capacity modeling, and line loading processes.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP/Planning software (e.g., FastReact, Infor, BlueCherry, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical mindset, leadership ability, and effective communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration(Master's preferred).
