We're Hiring: Operations Executive at ShareDeal

At ShareDeal (formerly Selefe), we are transforming the way people buy groceries in Bangladesh. With 15,000+ app users, 10,000+ completed orders, and 500+ farmers onboarded, our mission is simple:

Make groceries more affordable for families

Ensure farmers get fair prices

We are looking for a dynamic Operations Executive to join our growing team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily orders, group deals, and delivery schedules

Coordinate with farmers, suppliers, and logistics partners

Monitor inventory and supply chain efficiency

Support customer service with quick problem-solving

Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field

1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or e-commerce

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
