Management Associate (1)

  1. Assist in structuring and running social media ad campaigns focused on lead generation.
  2. Prepare basic audit and performance reports for campaigns.
  3. Post recruitment advertisements on social media and job platforms.
  4. Communicate with potential applicants via calls and emails to schedule interviews.
  5. Record financial transactions and maintain data accuracy in Google Sheets.
  6. Assist in preparing and updating account records.
  7. Format and print exam papers as per guidelines.
  8. Record student marks and help in preparing progress reports and report cards.

Tech Associate (Fullstack Nextjs) (3)

  1. Planning class lectures and evaluating student's performance and invigilating exams, and providing psychological and academic support to the student.
  2. Reporting to the supervisor and attending staff meetings and participating general administration activities.
  3. Grading assessment materials and recordkeeping student activities in accordance with the guidelines and policies of the institution.
  4. Enforcing classroom rules of conduct, and providing counseling to students and parents.

Design Associate (1)

  1. Create visually compelling 
    graphics, illustrations, and branding materials
     for digital and print media.
  2. Design engaging 
    social media posts, banners, and ad creatives
     aligned with brand guidelines.
  3. Develop 
    motion graphics, animations, and video edits
     for promotional campaigns, explainer videos, and social media reels.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and produce 
    creative visual assets
     that drive engagement.
  5. Work on 
    UI mockups and visual elements
     for web or app interfaces when needed.
  6. Maintain brand consistency across all designs and ensure timely delivery of assets.
  7. Stay updated with 
    design trends, animation techniques, and new creative tools.
  8. Optimize graphics and videos for 
    various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  9. Manage and organize design project files for easy team access.
