We're looking for creative Graphic Designer, who will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality visual materials that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. This role requires a solid foundation in design principles, excellent technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion under minimal supervision.

Salary:
Negotiable (based on experience and skills)

Key responsibility:

1.     Design and produce a wide range of marketing and communications materials, including but not limited to digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, website banners, brochures, presentations, and branding collateral.

2.     Maintain and enforce brand guidelines and consistency across all visual assets.

3.     Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling designs.

4.     Manage the design process for multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.

5.     Prepare files for final production (print and digital), ensuring all specifications are met.

6.     Stay current with industry trends, design software, and new technologies to continually improve the quality of our design output.

7.     Provide creative input and recommendations during brainstorming and strategy sessions.

8.     Integrate feedback from stakeholders into designs effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:

· years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house preferred).

· Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator) & AI tools.

· Knowledge in Canva is a Plus.

· A strong, well-rounded portfolio showcasing a variety of projects across print and digital media.

· Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.

· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.

· Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Capable to quickly learn.

· Proactiveness and positive thinking.

· Team Work Ability.

· Pressure handling capacity.

· Capacity to handle multiple projects.
