Sr. Executive/ Executive- Legal

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Follow up the court cases and maintaining case data base centrally.
  • Moving and assistance the process of all the other cases on behalf of the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of legal and case related documents.
  • Attending Courts to follow up cases filing to till disposal.
  • Oversee loan recovery and negotiate settlement.
  • Maintain close relation with panel Lawyers, Court Officials & other relevant stakeholders in order to facilitate minimal possible interim period between case dates & influence expeditious development of litigation.
  • Maintaining Coordination between the Court and Clients.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the reporting head.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Law (LLB)
  • Master of Law (LLM)
  • LLB/ LLM from any reputed educational institution.
  • Skills Required: Legal issues

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
