Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, for a Jr. Executive, Service Support. The role involves providing exceptional support for medical imaging devices, coordinating with clients to resolve technical issues, assisting in equipment installation and maintenance, and ensuring timely service delivery. Maintaining service efficiency, preparing technical reports, and providing customer training as needed are critical components of this role. Candidates will collaborate with team members to uphold Medionics' commitment to quality service and client satisfaction.
