Medical Advisor

Job Positioning
: Act as a core bridge connecting local medical intermediaries, patients in Bangladesh and hospitals in China. With professional medical knowledge as the support, provide comprehensive health consultation and medical travel assistance services for patients, ensure patients' smooth medical treatment in China, and improve patients' service experience and satisfaction.

I. Core Job Responsibilities

1. Communication and Relationship Maintenance
   : Responsible for establishing an efficient communication mechanism with local medical intermediaries, patients and their families in Bangladesh, accurately conveying medical service information, treatment procedures and relevant policies of Chinese hospitals; at the same time, timely feedback patients' needs and questions, build a trust bridge, and maintain good cooperation and service relationships.
2. Health Consultation and Demand Mining
   : Based on professional medical knowledge, provide non-diagnostic health consultation services for patients, answer patients' questions about disease treatment direction, feasibility of medical treatment in China, medical procedures, etc., and accurately mine patients' core medical needs.
3. Medical Record Collation and Information Synchronization
   : Assist patients in systematically organizing complete medical records (including medical history, inspection reports, diagnosis certificates, etc.), conduct preliminary sorting and verification of the materials to ensure the information is complete and accurate; timely synchronize the standardized medical records to cooperative hospitals in China to assist hospitals in completing preliminary condition assessment.
4. Full-process Assistance for Medical Travel
   : Provide full-process support for patients' medical treatment in China, including but not limited to assisting in planning treatment itineraries, preparing medical-related materials required for visas, connecting with domestic reception services, coordinating the connection of treatment time between patients and hospitals, and solving various emergency problems encountered by patients during medical travel.
5. Cross-departmental Collaboration and Guarantee
   : As a communication hub between Chinese hospitals and Bangladeshi patients, timely convey the hospital's treatment suggestions, treatment arrangements and other information, and at the same time feedback patients' opinions and needs during the treatment process, and cooperate with the domestic team to optimize the service process.
6. Service Quality Improvement
   : Record the full-process information of patient services, summarize the problems and experiences in the service process, put forward suggestions for service optimization, and continuously improve the full-cycle service quality of patients from consultation to the end of treatment.

II. Qualification Requirements1. Educational Background and Professional Background

• Bachelor's degree or above in medical-related majors (clinical medicine, preventive medicine, nursing, etc.), with relevant professional medical qualification certificates is preferred;

• Possess solid basic medical theoretical knowledge, and be familiar with the basic cognition of common diseases and the framework of diagnosis and treatment procedures.

• Language Ability

• Proficient in Bengali (native level), able to communicate with local patients and medical intermediaries in Bengali without obstacles;

• Possess fluent English or Chinese communication skills (excellent in listening, speaking, reading and writing), able to accurately convey the medical information and service needs between China and Bangladesh;

• Possess the ability of bilingual (or multilingual) conversion of medical professional terms to ensure the accuracy of medical records and communication content.

• Work Experience and Abilities

• 1-3 years of medical-related work experience, with experience in medical consultation, international medical services, medical intermediary connection is preferred;

• Possess excellent communication and expression skills and empathy ability, able to listen to patients' needs patiently, answer professional questions in easy-to-understand language, and establish patient trust;
• Possess strong organizational coordination ability and problem-solving ability, able to efficiently coordinate all links of medical travel and deal with emergencies;
• Be rigorous and careful in work, have a high sense of responsibility for key contents such as medical records and itinerary information, and ensure no information deviation;

• Possess good team cooperation spirit, able to cooperate efficiently with Chinese hospital teams and local partners to promote the service process together.

• Able to adapt to a flexible work rhythm, and arrange work reasonably according to patients' needs and time differences at home and abroad;
