Position Summary

We are seeking passionate and driven
Sales/Marketing Specialists
to join our expanding team in
Bangladesh
. This role is heavily focused on
field sales and business development
in the
construction and heavy machinery
sector. The ideal candidates will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in their respective regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit end customers and client companies regularly to build and maintain relationships
  • Establish, update, and manage customer information in the internal database system
  • Develop and maintain strong public and client relations to enhance brand trust
  • Identify and follow up on business opportunities and leads to generate new sales
  • Promote company products and solutions by gathering and analysing market/project information
  • Analyse competitor activities and industry trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Prepare and execute regional sales and marketing plans to achieve set targets
  • Engage in key project negotiations and ensure alignment with company goals
  • Support financing and payment collection efforts as part of the sales cycle
  • Coordinate with leasing teams where necessary for customer support

Requirements

  • Proven experience of heavy industry/construction machinery sales for
    at least 02 years
    .
  • Priority will be given to candidates with experience in
    construction or heavy machinery
    (e.g., Excavators, Mobile Cranes, Tower Cranes, Concrete Machinery, Forklifts, Aerial Work Platforms, Mining Equipment, etc.).
  • Minimum
    Bachelor's degree
    in Marketing, Mechanical / Electrical / IP Engineering, or International Business
  • Good
    English communication skills
    (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to coordinate with leasing / financing departments is a plus.
  • High sense of
    responsibility, integrity
    , and
    excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Valid
    motor bike driving license
    is mandatory.

Salary Range

  • Negotiable. Salary range could be flexible for more experienced candidates.
