Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Specialist at Afiyah Infinity. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing effective marketing strategies, implementing targeted campaigns, and ensuring seamless customer service. Additional responsibilities include identifying opportunities to increase brand awareness, supporting sales initiatives, and fostering strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in Market Research to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and understand customer needs.
  • Proficiency in Marketing Strategy and Sales to design and execute impactful campaigns that drive growth.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams while working independently in a remote environment.
  • Knowledge of Shariah-compliant financial products or Islamic finance is a strong asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
