The Opportunity:
We are looking for a talented and result-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 3–4 years of proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media management, analytics, and content strategy with a passion for driving measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management:
Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to drive organic and paid growth.
Manage marketing funnels, retargeting campaigns, and conversion optimization.
Social Media Management & Content Creation:
Create, schedule, and manage high-quality content across social platforms.
Develop social media strategies that increase brand visibility and engagement.
Collaborate with creatives to produce visuals, videos, and campaign assets.
Analytics, Reporting & Performance Optimization:
Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
Prepare performance reports and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
Track KPIs and ensure ROI-driven marketing activities.
Branding & Market Research:
Conduct competitor and industry research to identify new opportunities.
Support brand development initiatives through digital storytelling and market insights.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
3–4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), and analytics platforms.
Strong understanding of content strategy, social media trends, and digital KPIs.
Excellent communication skills and creative thinking abilities.
Experience in managing budgets and delivering performance-driven campaigns.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
