We're now hiring a
Digital Marketing Specialist
who can create and manage highly effective marketing campaigns and consistently generate high sales and ROI.
Qualifications (You Must Have):
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
Expert in Paid Ads (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Proficient in 360° Marketing Strategy & Execution
Strong understanding of Media Buying & Optimization
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and trends
Deep understanding of the Marketing & Sales Funnel
Excellent in Sales-Driven Campaigns & Buyer Psychology
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience in A/B testing and campaign performance comparison
Strong knowledge of Pixel setup, Event Tracking, GTM, GA4, and Retargeting
Familiar with creative direction and ad copywriting best practices
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Must be results-oriented and growth-driven
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Develop and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns for local and international clients
Manage, monitor, and optimize all paid ad campaigns across various platforms
Track and analyze key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.)
Perform deep data analysis to improve strategy and results
Communicate regularly with clients regarding campaign performance and optimization
Conduct A/B tests on creatives, copy, and targeting
Identify and troubleshoot campaign issues in real-time
Strategize and implement retargeting funnels
Coordinate with creative teams for content production (image, video, animated ads)
Ensure each campaign drives measurable business growth (sales, leads, or sign-ups)
Create reports and present performance insights and recommendations
Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, Design, Sales) to align goals
