Role Description

  • Counsel and onboard students into CIPS courses
  • Communicate with prospective students from overseas countries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms
  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
  • Maintain accurate records of student communications and onboarding status
  • Work closely with the internal team to achieve monthly onboarding targets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable
  • 1–3 years of experience
    in sales, marketing, student counseling, or a similar role
  • English medium background is a must
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong
    telecommunication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven, confident, and professional mindset
  • Comfortable dealing with overseas students and international clients
  • Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools
