Role Description
The Territory Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka. The role involves overseeing and driving sales performance within assigned territories, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and managing a team to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities also include market analysis, identifying business opportunities, executing promotional activities, and ensuring effective communication between the company and its clients. The Territory Manager will also be responsible for monitoring competitor activities and recommending strategies for growth.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Planning, Territory Management, and Strategic Sales Implementation
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management abilities
- Proficiency in Market Analysis and Business Development strategies
- Leadership and Team Management experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in a sales-driven or leadership role is highly preferred
- Familiarity with the FMCG or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
