high-ownership, on-site role

Chief Product Designer

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client requirements, analyze and research to define user needs and project goals.
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Maintain and expand design systems to ensure consistency across projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Conduct research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to enhance user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX tools, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • A creative thinker with strong attention to details.
  • Ability to design intuitive interfaces and engaging user experiences.
  • 2 to 4 years of UI/UX design experience

- Prior
product design experience

and experience working on real-world projects
- Strong portfolio showcasing past projects.
- Proficiency with AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, Figma Make, etc. is an added advantage.
- Certification from Google, IxDF, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Proficiency in
Figma

is a must.
- Skills in
Photoshop/Illustrator

are a bonus.
