Position:
UI/UX Designer (Onsite/Remote)

We are looking for a
creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer
to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for clean and modern design, a user-first mindset, and hands-on experience in designing intuitive interfaces for mobile and web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for mobile and web applications
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using modern design tools (Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch)
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve product experience
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user flows and design requirements
  • Ensure consistency in UI design across platforms with style guides, design systems, and reusable components
  • Stay updated on UI/UX trends, mobile-first design principles, and industry best practices
  • Work closely with developers to ensure smooth handoff and pixel-perfect implementation

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    Entry / 1+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design (internships and projects count)
  • Design Tools:
    Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or Sketch
  • User Research:
    Familiarity with usability testing, A/B testing, and gathering user feedback
  • Prototyping:
    Ability to create interactive prototypes and user flows
  • Mobile & Web Design:
    Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles
  • Collaboration:
    Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
  • Portfolio:
    A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, design systems, and case studies

Nice to Have:

  • Experience designing for
    social media platforms
    or
    e-commerce
  • Familiarity with design systems
    , accessibility (WCAG), and motion/interaction design
  • Basic understanding of
    frontend technologies
    (HTML, CSS, TailwindCSS) to collaborate effectively with developers
  • Knowledge of
    branding and visual identity design
