Role Overview

We are looking for an organized and proactive
Project Coordinator
to support our Singapore operations. You will assist in
planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities
, ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders and timely delivery of milestones.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow into
Project Manager / Program Manager
roles in the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support
    project planning, scheduling, and documentation
    .
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and project dependencies.
  • Coordinate communication across
    internal teams, clients, and external vendors
    .
  • Prepare
    status reports, meeting minutes, and presentations
    .
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with SOPs.
  • Assist Project Managers in risk identification and issue resolution.
  • Use
    project management tools
    (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Asana, Trello) for tracking.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Project Management, or related fields
    .
  • 1–3 years of experience in
    project coordination or PMO support
    (entry-level welcome).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    ; knowledge of project tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams.

  • Entry-Level Project Coordinator:
    SGD
    3,200 – 4,200 / month
    → SGD
    38,400 – 50,400 / year
  • Mid-Level Project Coordinator:
    SGD
    4,200 – 5,500 / month
    → SGD
    50,400 – 66,000 / year
  • Senior Project Coordinator / PMO Associate:
    SGD
    5,500 – 7,000+ / month
    → SGD
    66,000 – 84,000+ / year
