Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Consultant located in Dhaka. The Educational Consultant will provide personalized counseling to students, assist with university and course selection, and support applications and visa processes. The role will also involve offering guidance on scholarships, preparing students for interviews, and conducting pre-departure briefings. The consultant will maintain relationships with institutions and provide exemplary customer service to ensure students have a smooth experience throughout their study abroad journey.

Qualifications

  • Educational Consulting and Consulting skills
  • Experience in Education and strong knowledge of study abroad programs
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide personalized counseling
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field preferred
  • Experience in visa processes and research-based admissions is a plus
  • Proven track record in supporting students' academic journeys successfully
