About the Role

Civil Tech Consultant is seeking a
skilled Structural Engineer (Steel Structure)
to join our dynamic team in Dhaka. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in steel structure design, detailing, and compliance with international standards, with a proven track record in
RSC, Nirapon, and Primark projects
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform structural analysis, load calculations, and design optimization.
  • Design and detail steel structures, including bolted and welded connections.
  • Prepare structural drawings, BOQs, and shop drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with BNBC, AISC, ASTM, and other international codes.
  • Work on buyer compliance projects (RSC, Nirapon, Primark, etc.).
  • Collaborate with architectural, MEP, and construction teams.
  • Provide technical solutions during fabrication, erection, and construction phases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (from a recognized university).
  • Minimum
    3–5 years of experience
    in steel structure design.
  • Proficiency in
    STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD
    & related tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Preference for candidates residing near Mirpur DOHS.
  • Immediate joining
    is required.
