Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager, Civil Engineering. The position is located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Manager, Civil Engineering will be responsible for overseeing civil engineering projects, providing team leadership, conducting inspections, and ensuring infrastructure quality and compliance. Daily tasks include coordinating with various stakeholders, supervising project execution, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide structural, finishing, and maintenance works of high-rise buildings.
  • Oversee quality control, safety, security, and overall project management systems.
  • Manage 6–10 projects simultaneously across different locations.
  • Conduct close site supervision to ensure construction quality and compliance with standards.
  • Review and verify contractors' bills, ensuring accuracy of quality, quantity, and estimates.

Experience

  • 12–15 years of proven work experience in the Real Estate sector.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (candidates from public universities will be given preference).

  • Skills in Project Management and Team Leadership
  • Proficiency in conducting Inspections and ensuring Infrastructure compliance
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team
