About the Opportunity:

ParkCity Group is inviting
visionary Architects, Urban Planners, and Township Designers
to collaborate in the
conceptualization, design, illustration, and modeling
of several upcoming
Satellite Model Towns
across Bangladesh.

This is an
open platform call
for deserving professionals who aspire to contribute to shaping the urban future of Bangladesh through innovation, planning excellence, and sustainable design.

Key Responsibilities:

Selected professionals will participate in one or more of the following scopes based on expertise:

A) Design & Development

ü Prepare and present conceptual and working-level master plans
, layouts, and architectural drawings.

B) Illustration & Visualization

ü Develop 2D/3D visual presentations
, artistic renderings, and publishing materials for various levels of approval and presentation.

C) Simulation & Technology Integration

ü Create simulations, animations, and virtual reality (VR)
presentations to visualize township concepts and enhance stakeholder engagement.

D) Physical & Digital Modelling

ü Prepare and present mass and detailed scale models
for architectural exhibitions, client presentations, and investor showcases.

Eligibility & Requirements:

ü Degree in
Architecture, Urban Planning, or related discipline
.

ü Proven experience in
urban design, township planning, or large-scale residential/commercial projects
.

ü Proficiency in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, Photoshop, and relevant modeling tools
.

ü Strong presentation and visualization skills.

ü Ability to work both independently and in collaborative project teams.

Selection Process:
