Company Profile:

Job Context:

The Strategic Planner will work closely with the Business Development and Client Servicing teams. The role requires someone who understands market trends, thinks creatively, and can prepare strong ideas and plans for campaigns and projects. The person will also communicate with clients when needed to understand their needs clearly and deliver the right output.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop clear, creative, and convincing ideas for clients and internal teams.

2. Create content ideas, storylines, and concepts by understanding audience needs and behaviors.

3. Make creative strategies for campaigns using videos, designs, tech experiences, and more.

4. Research and collect information to prepare strong and informed plans.

5. Create high-quality presentations and present them confidently to clients.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, English/Literature, Marketing, or any related field.

2. Good understanding of marketing trends and audience behavior.

3. Strong communication and writing skills in English.

4. Ability to think creatively and strategically.

5. Previous experience in planning or content strategy is preferred.

Core Requirements:

1. 
A strong portfolio or sample work showing creativity and planning skills.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in planning (less experience allowed if ideas and presentation skills are strong).

2. Excellent communication skills for working with internal teams, management, and clients.

3. Ability to take full ownership of a project from idea to final delivery.

4. Must be proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn new tools and technologies.
