Role Description

We are seeking a
talented and dedicated Architect
to join our dynamic team at Profile Limited. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design excellence, sustainability, and innovative architectural solutions. As an integral part of our firm, the selected individual will contribute to the conceptualization, design development, and execution of diverse architectural projects ranging from residential to large-scale commercial developments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative and functional architectural concepts aligned with project objectives.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, design presentations, and working drawings.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and interior design departments.
  • Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project quality and design intent.
  • Participate in feasibility studies, space planning, and material selection.
  • Ensure that designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Utilize design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.) to produce high-quality visualizations and documentation.
  • Stay updated on current architectural trends, sustainability practices, and innovative technologies in design.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university (Master's degree preferred).
  • Must be registered with the Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB) or eligible for membership.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 1 to 3 year(s)
    of relevant professional experience in architectural design and project coordination.
  • Strong understanding of architectural detailing, building materials, and construction techniques.

Additional Requirements:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant design tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong design sense with attention to detail and aesthetics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
