WEBNS Technology Ltd. is looking for an
ambitious, energetic, and highly motivated Executive/Senior Executive
to join our
Business Development team
. This position focuses primarily on
corporate (B2B) software sales and marketing
. The role is dynamic — every day brings new challenges, priorities, and opportunities. We are seeking someone who can think strategically, act decisively, and maintain exceptional organizational and communication skills while juggling multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the company's business development initiatives by securing new business opportunities.
  • Identify, approach, and execute new opportunities in local markets to drive revenue and profit growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partners, and business expansion opportunities.
  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and recommending suitable software solutions.
  • Generate leads, schedule meetings, and actively follow up with potential clients to drive conversion.
  • Maintain communication with prospective and existing clients via email, phone calls, and professional channels.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries about company products and services.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Contribute to team success by accomplishing assigned goals and supporting overall company growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Experience:
    2-4 years of proven experience in
    Corporate Sales & Marketing
    , preferably in
    software solutions or IT services
    .

  • Strong interest and proven ability in
    B2B sales and client relationship management
    .
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven with an aggressive yet professional sales attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English.
  • Strong presentation and business communication skills.
  • Capable of working under pressure and handling multiple client interactions daily.
