We're Hiring: Front Desk Receptionist at Younic Home

Position: Assistant Receptionist

Vacancies:4 (2 Male, 2 Female)

Location: Inside Dhaka, Younic Home

Salary:BDT 15,000 – 18,000

Duty:Shift-based

Probation:6 months (15–30% salary increment after probation based on performance)

Requirements:

Freshers encouraged to apply

Educational background: Hotel & Tourism Management or BBA (any major)

Must be residential

Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills

Good customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

Manage front desk operations efficiently

Attend and assist customers or visitors

Count clients' meals three times daily

Perform data entry, including cash transactions

Handle check-in and check-out calls

Collect feedback from customers during check-out

Assist customers with information about their stay

Help and assist in preparing daily and monthly financial reports

Support administrative tasks and coordination
