About the Role

MIE Pathways Bangladesh is looking for a highly motivated, sales-driven Admission Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving student recruitment through strong partnerships with educational agents, schools, and institutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional who is passionate about education, student counseling, and building strong networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational agents, schools, and institutions.
  • Make 60–70 calls daily to engage and convert potential leads.
  • Update and manage all leads instantly on HubSpot CRM.
  • Submit daily and monthly reports on recruitment activities.
  • Actively promote MIE Pathways through meetings, webinars, and recruitment events.
  • Train and support partners & students on program structures, entry requirements, and enrollment processes.
  • Represent MIE Pathways at education fairs, networking events, and conferences.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and academic teams to achieve recruitment goals.

  • Previous experience in student counseling, sales, or education recruitment will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) is a plus.
