Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced
Senior Educational Consultant
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational counseling and a genuine interest in Korean education and culture.

Applicants with prior experience working in or with a Korean educational center will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

·       Provide academic and career counseling to students interested in Korean language programs, studying in Korea, or applying to Korean universities.

·       Conduct one-on-one consultations and develop personalized education plans.

·       Stay updated on Korean universities, admission processes, scholarships, and visa requirements.

·       Coordinate and maintain relationships with Korean educational institutions and partners.

·       Organize and lead seminars, info sessions, and workshops on Korean education and career pathways.

·       Collaborate with the marketing team to promote programs and upcoming events.

·       Monitor student progress and provide ongoing support throughout their academic journey.

·       Prepare and manage necessary documentation, reports, and student records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Prior work experience in Korean educational consultancy is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in educational consulting, student counseling, or academic advising.
  • Strong understanding of the Korean education system, culture, and institutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English (Korean language skills will be considered a strong advantage).
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
