About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated
Admissions & Compliance Officer
to join our team, focusing on
USA and Canada student admissions
. The ideal candidate will have experience in
visa documentation, SOP writing, and university application processes
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and verify university admission and
    visa compliance documents
  • Guide students through the
    USA/Canada university application process
  • Monitor applicants' progress and maintain regular communication with both the team leader and applicants.
  • Draft, review, and edit Statements of Purpose (SOPs), admission-related essays, and prepare well-structured CVs.
  • Ensure documents meet
    compliance standards
    and institutional requirements
  • Coordinate with students, admissions teams, and external bodies as needed
  • Weekly report generation and submit it to the team leader.
  • Maintain accurate records of student files and submissions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience
    in university admissions, compliance, or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of
    USA/Canada student visa and admissions procedures
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills
  • IELTS Writing Band Score of 6.0 or higher will get extra priority
  • Experience in
    SOP writing
    is a strong advantage
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with education consultants or agencies
  • Familiarity with university portals and admission workflows
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant educational background
