NexKraft Limited is urgently looking for a Business Development Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
  • Maintaining regular communication with existing clients for ongoing projects, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met
  • Preparing and delivering pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential new clients
  • Any other job assigned by management

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field. Freshers are also encouraged to apply
  • Sound knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication (both in Bangla & English)
  • Experience in project coordination or client relationship management will be an advantage

Additional Information:

  • Job Location: Dhaka (Dhanmondi)
  • Office Time: 10am - 7pm

Compensation & Other Benefits:

  • Salary: BDT 20,000 – 25,000 (Negotiable)
  • T/A, Mobile bill, Festival Bonus, Weekly 2 holidays (Friday & Saturday)
  • Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidized
