We're looking for an experienced
HR and Accounts Manager
to oversee both our people operations and financial activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations as we scale.

What You'll Do

Human Resources

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.
  • Maintain attendance, payroll, and HR records.
  • Develop and implement HR policies that reflect our company culture.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and compliance.
  • Plan performance reviews, team-building, and engagement initiatives.

Accounts & Finance

  • Manage daily bookkeeping and financial operations.
  • Prepare monthly reports, reconciliations, and statements.
  • Oversee payroll, expense tracking, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Handle VAT, TDS, and other regulatory submissions.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Finance, HRM, or Business Administration.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR and Accounts (preferably in a tech/startup environment).
  • Strong knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws and financial regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, and HR tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy.
