Role Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Customer Service General Manager and Deputy General Manager to lead our customer relations in customer service department. This role is pivotal in managing a dedicated team responsible for nurturing and maintaining relationships with our individual customers. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, a strategic thinker, and a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team responsible for handling customer accounts, ensuring they deliver top-tier service and build strong relationships with clients.
-Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Ensure a warm and welcoming experience at all touchpoints.
-Strategic Planning: Work with the team to develop and implement customer service initiatives and plans aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
-Talent Acquisition: Identify and recruit talented professionals for the customer service team, ensuring we have the right skills and resources to meet our clients' needs.
-Interdepartmental teamwork: Work closely with other departments, such as Construction and Sales, to ensure unified service delivery and address any project-related customer issues.
-Feedback Mechanism: Establish methods for gathering customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
-Performance Metrics: Analyze team performance against set metrics and implement improvements as necessary to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications:
-Master's degree from any reputed university.
-15 to 20 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in the real estate sector or any other luxury industry. At least 5 years worked as a General Manager or Deputy General Manager in Customer Service. Department.
-Demonstrable leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
-Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a focus on building rapport and understanding customer needs.
-Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address customer concerns proactively.
-Experience working with multiple departments to achieve organizational goals.
