Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities, including Bangladesh Bank and the Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA), ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines.
  • Oversee regulatory documentation, licensing, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and interpret regulatory changes, assess their impact on the organization, and implement necessary compliance measures.
  • Develop and implement internal compliance policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate regulatory risks.
  • Conduct periodic internal reviews and audits to assess compliance effectiveness and recommend necessary improvements.
  • Facilitate regulatory inspections, audits, and correspondences, ensuring a smooth and transparent process.
  • Conduct regular visits to regulatory bodies and maintain proactive communication to address compliance-related concerns.
Experience & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working with licensed Payment Service Providers (PSPs), Payment System Operators (PSOs), or Banks is a must.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Fintech or Banking sector, with expertise in regulatory compliance, reporting, and risk management.
